Magic Basil! 🍃✨

Magic Basil! The vendor of ‘Very Magic Basil’s’ pop-up store, where he sells items he claims to be “very magical”.
He claims to be a “Very Magical forest creature” and that all his wares are very authentic.
However in reality he is just a halfling masquerading in a costume lol.
